Perfect for every Asian: Attention Asians! This plastic surgeon - he is one of the rare plastic surgeons within the US who knows how to make Asians look even more perfect - is very highly recommended by me, and I'm a model, besides; the plastic surgeon is professional which makes it a truly wholesomely great experience, and he knows what to do and what to not do, next to being ultra honest with you as he is not the type of the average bad person who would agree with whatever you want just for the sake of making money out of the entire thing. Dear Asians, it's very hard to find a plastic surgeon who makes Asian looks totally gorgeous and THAT plastic surgeon is way much better than most of plastic surgeons in the Asia, and I know what I'm talking about - so please treat him like an absolutely lovely gem that you shall never ever want to give away.

I was referred to Dr. Kulick last year by my primary care doctor after I complained of pain in my thumb on my right hand. As a specialist in hand surgery, Dr. Kulick quickly diagnosed the problem, explained in detail what was occurring, and outlined the surgery procedure and recovery time. Answering all my questions, he described in terms that I easily understood. Surgery on my right hand was successful—the pain is gone—and scars are vanishing. Indeed, I felt so secure in Dr. Kulick’s ability to diagnose and correct my medical issues that he performed a second surgery on my left hand which had some of the same problems as my right hand. Again surgery and recovery went smoothly, resolving my medical issues. 2005 A strange thing happened in the laboratory in the midst of a delicate assay with deadly pathogenic viruses. A thumb spontaneously jerked and locked, a condition called trigger thumb. Not ideal, unsteady hands could lead to accidental contamination of the area. Laboratory career was on the line. My encounter with the referred specialist was extremely negative:“no need to come to the office just go back to reception and have them schedule surgery”. That afternoon I went online searching for a list of Hand Surgeon Specialist in the area. After reading through each Doctor’s background info I decided on Dr. Michael Kulick, called for an appointment and informed my Primary Care Physician to send the referral papers. My future was at stake as I opened the door. The Receptionist was pleasant. Dr Kulick has such a calming manner as he gathers your medical history, exams your hand and then describes in detail your options. His explanation of the surgical procedure is very thorough. This was 2005. I was back in the laboratory within a short time after successful surgery. 2007 Dr. Kulick and I met again. This time it was for my wrist, Tenosynovectomy surgery repaired the damage and I was soon back in the lab. The surgical skill of Dr. Kulick allowed me to continue working until 2015 when I chose to retire. 2017 Dr. Kulick and I met again. This time more extensive surgery was needed. I was so shaken by the description that I visited the office two days later to reconfirm what he had said, my mind had frozen the first day when he mentioned cadaver tissue. Once again he explained the procedure in his calm way, explaining not only the surgery but what to expect as I recovered, what my role would be in having the best outcome. Outcome was great. It was fun living as a left-handed person for awhile as well as becoming part of the public transit community. Things are back to normal, two working hands, rebuilt wrist and the garden is blooming. Life is good thanks to the Surgical Skills of Dr. Michael Kulick.

Let’s just say that when a bus and a bicyclist cross paths, the bicyclist is fortunate to only have two of his fingers broken. The bicyclist is also fortunate to have received treatment from Dr. Michael Kulick because, 5 months later I am typing this using my previously injured hand. Dr. Kulick is an efficient and practiced doctor, he doesn’t sugar coat anything which I appreciated as it gave me realistic expectations and outlook through the process. The visual aids used to describe my condition throughout the process were very helpful as well. The two surgeries I received were successful and now I can tell people that I have a “hand guy.” In fact, I already referred a friend who broke some bones in their right hand to Dr. Kulick. Plus, he is conveniently located by Union Square, just be careful not to hang too many shopping bags on the injured hand.

I’ve been with Dr. Michael Kulick for 2 years....to correct Duptrytren’s Contracture in both of my hands. On my first visit, he fully explained the “how, whys, and when” questions I had about my hands. Following several surgeries of both palms and tendon replacements of fingers, I’m happy to say I have regained normal usage, mobility, and strength of both my hands! It was a pleasure being under the care of Dr. Kulick. He is a no nonsense kind of guy who does proper and efficient work. I came to see him with a strong referral from an SF urgent care to treat my broken right thumb. He was very friendly and direct on what I needed to do with mobility and strengthening exercises after I had my hand in a cast for a few weeks. Everything healed as expected and he even helped me get reimbursed from my insurance company which initially incorrectly charged me for his services. If I had to go back and see him (which I hope I never have to 😀) he would be the person I would want to treat me. Best wishes!

I went in to see Dr. Kulick for a finger fractured, which he assessed very efficiently and quickly! He made the process very straight forward for me. I mean, who wants to stay at any doctors longer than they have to? Am I right? In addition, he addressed a completely separate issue I had and for that, I am forever thankful. I am finished with all my visits, but Dr. Kulick assured me that he is always available if any further issues arise. I will definitely choose to go to him if I ever have any other problems!

Dr. Kulick was extremely patient with me. It took a long process to know exactly what i wanted. We went through lots of sessions. He asked me to find different pictures of peoples faces that i like and don't like. My surgery had to be postponed due to MRSA infection on my chin. My family doc thought it was a spider bite. After i have mentioned to Dr. Kulick, he insisted on seeing me first. He literally saved my life. He switched me to a different type of antibiotic. After the surgery i was extremely nervous during my recovery. Dr. Kulick always responded to my after hour phone calls right away. He would tell me detail instructions and explanations each time to calm me down. I've done a full facelift, upper lip augmentation and chin augmentation. The result is great. I would highly recommend Dr. Kulick! =)

I went to Dr. Kulick two years ago with half of my scaphoid dead. He performed bone graft surgery and I've recovered most of the function of my wrist--I can play my guitar! More importantly, as a computer professional, I can type on a keyboard without issue. Dr. Kulick was clear about my options and what I could reasonably expect. I always felt like I got the whole story from him. And what he said came to pass. The situation about which I came to him was not a good one, but if I could now tell my then-self one thing, it would be: it's going to be much better than you think.

Beyond that, my decision to have the procedure performed was reached by careful consideration and education of both the positive enhancements and drawbacks of liposuction surgery. That means sharing your fears, expectations, values and goals with your doctor so that he/she can best suit you in your bodily transformation. For myself, liposuction surgery has met and exceeded my expectations in correcting fat deposit inconsistencies that I thought would not respond to liposuction. My recovery from cosmetic liposuction surgery was a bit longer than 1 expected the first time and much shorter the second time that I decided to have an additional procedure performed. The best advice I can give recovery-wise is to be patient for results. Results from liposuction surgery are not fully realized until up to a year after the surgery. In other words immediate results can be seen although after initial recovery your body still improves and adapts to the change. So do not be hasty to judge your results. . . be patient! I am confident and convinced over the benefits of cosmetic surgery because I stay informed and ask questions. I feel very comfortable with Dr. Kulick's skill and talent and appreciate his condor in answering my questions, especially since I can be demanding and a perfectionist who needs to "be in control". I was scheduled to have my surgery with another doctor in September when my friend called to suggest I have a consultation with Dr. Kulick before going through with my surgery. She had seen results of surgeries done by both doctors and felt I would be happier with Dr. Kulick. She had already talked with Dr. Kulick's patient coordinator, Deborah Rocha, and had told Deborah that I would be calling. When I called Dr. Kullck's office Deborah was very accomodating and scheduled the consult for me right away. When I spoke with Dr. Kulick I explained that at 36 years of age and after two babies I was starting to see my looks deteriorate. I have always been happy with my looks and been confident because of that. I wanted to look the same just more youthful. I didn't want to wait for my face and body to age so much that when I chose to have cosmetic surgery that people would look at me and say, Oh look, she's had her face done. I was impressed that Dr. Kulick did not procede to tell me which procedures I should have done but asked me what I saw in my looks that needed to change. He then explained to me the procedure he would use for each area, how it would be done, and the type of results I could expect. He was very straight forward about the information and showed me before and after photos of some of his patients. I was amazed at how good all of his patients looked after their procedures as compared to the photos I had seen with the other doctor. Obviously the technique that Dr. Kulick uses with laser technology was far superior to the technique used by the other doctor and so I made my decision to change to Dr. Kulick. I would be scheduled for two separate surgeries, one week apart in October, and I would have 5 IPL treatments to my face and chest. My facial Surgery would be first and then I would have breast augmentation and a tummy tuck at the second. This would enable me to recover from both surgeries at the same time by scheduling them close together. Since I have two small children it was important that I have as little recovery time as possible. I was a little concerned that it would be difficult to recover from so much at once but was assured that given my age and my health I should not have too difficult a time. Both surgeries were successful and I was able to get through the recovery period without any problems. I was suprised that I didn't feel worse than I did, given that breast augmentation and tummy tuck procedures are supposed to be rather painful in the initial recovery period. I was able to move around the house within a week and even felt comfortable enough to go out of the house two weeks after the first surgery. Dr. Kulick had said that I would be looking and feeling 100% by the holidays and he was right. When I returned to my regular activities I was wondering what people would say, if they would notice any change. Patient Testimonial: I have been underdeveloped all my teen and adult life and have contemplated breast augmentation since college but that was during the height of the silicone scare and the negativity and drawbacks associated with the procedure deterred me from pursuing it further. Patient Testimonial: Dear Deborah, I have just finished a conversation with a friend from Redding who is coming to San Francisco next week to speak to a plastic surgeon about having a facelift. Since I spent quite a bit of time extolling Dr. Kulick's virtues as the plastic surgeon par excellence, this seems to be as good a time as any to address your request for my thoughts on my own experience of surgery. Incidentally, my friend is called Karen Shadish and her husband is a retired plastic surgeon. She may have already called you by the time this letter arrives. My cosmetic concern was primarily that I could no longer use eye makeup effectively. There were too many fine line wrinkles around the eyes and in addition my forehead was droopy. Dr. Kulick described how he could improve the forehead and eyebrows and further noted that I should consider surgery on the chin since I had a double chín (if not several double chins). We discussed the fears that I entertained concerning the possibility of the surgical procedures resulting in a tight look which would tell the world that I had had help from a plastic surgeon. Dr. Kulick reassured me that he would make only subtle changes which would result in my looking rested and refreshed rather than different. Ultimately, I made the decision to do the facelift and also the eye surgery. The procedure was 100% successful in my opinion, and in the words of my physician husband: Amazing!! I am no longer afraid to apply eye makeup and feel much happier when I see my reflection in the mirror. I have a chin again for the first time in many years and the droopy brow is a thing of the past. There are no tell-tale scars around my hairline and when I visited my family in England two months after surgery, they noted only that I looked much more relaxed than the last time they had seen me. The recovery period was more or less what I expected. I was definitely uncomfortable for the first week or so, but I did not need to take the pain pills which had been prescribed. There was some swelling for three or four weeks, but little bruising, so I was able to go out in public about two weeks after the surgery. I would have to say that my quality of life has been enhanced, and my self-esteem may have been heightened, but I hadn't thought about that until now. Has my experience changed my perception of cosmetic plastic surgery? 1 should say so! Until last year believed that a facelift was always easily detectable. I no longer believe that and I'm very very thankful that Dr. Kulick was my surgeon. Hopefully, this gives you a rather complete review of my feelings about cosmetic surgery.

My surgery was on January 11, 2001, and at this time, June of 2002, I am looking back approximately a year and a half. I have always been complimented on looking younger than my years, but more importantly, I thought I looked pretty much like I felt. But there came a time when I realized it wasn't matching any longer, and I was looking much older than I was feeling. That's when I made the decision to look into cosmetic surgery. Doing as much research as possible on a subject, and given that it was MY face, I had several concerns right away. The first was that, by and large, I didn't like most of the face-lifts I had seen. They had a "pulled" look that's not attractive of natural. Brow lifts that make the person look perpetually "surprised", a healing process with drains, long incisions, and scars in the wrong places. Dr. Kulick, When I was 15 years old I had noticed that something was different about my body compared to other girls. As I grew with my body into my teen years of middle school and high school I found I was not happy with the way my body looked. I felt that I did not look like a normal female and felt I was not a woman or as good as my other friends whose breasts had developed together. I am left handed and noticed when I hit puberty that my breasts were growing at different rates and sizes. This made me extremely self conscious, brought me down, and made me feel like no one would like me for my true self. Growing up in today's society there is such a emphasis on woman's appearance its pathetic. But as a young woman growing into your body and not feeling comfortable with my self was the worst feeling I have ever felt. I felt that I could not wear a bathing suit, tank tops, or shirts that would show the fact that one breast was smaller than the other for fear of what others would think. All my girlfriends had the same size breast and didn't face the problem I did. As time went on and I grew up I was able to hide my problem quite well, but when it came down to it I would never let a man get close to me for fear of thinking I was not like every other girl and that I was different. My freshman year in college came around and I felt that it was time to fix this problem and make me feel like a woman and let my true self shine. I had looked in to taking fat cells from other parts of my body and injecting it into my right breast that was smaller than my left. As this reality came true that, that was not an option I knew that I did not want implants for fear of surgery and fake breasts. My sophomore year came around and my older sister approached me with a problem of her own, breasts were non-existent and one was bigger than the other as well. This was a very emotional time to realize that both girls in the same family had the same problem. My sister then told me that she had been doing research and found that the only way to solve our problem was to get breast implants. For me this was the last thing that I wanted to do but if I was going to feel, look and see my self as a woman then I was willing to go for it. The hardest part was confronting my mother and telling her about the pain, agony, and discomfort we felt with our breast problem. We then found Dr. Kulick and decided to see what he could do for us. Twenty minutes into the consultation we both decided that this was the thing and way to go for us to feel like real woman. Two months later my sister and I went under the knife and when we came out the result was and is more than amazing. Now a year later, I can wear and fit into anything, I have over five bathing suits, and I feel more comfortable with my self and discovered who I truly was. I know feel 100% confident, I am more social, and feel people don't look at me and wonder what happened to her breast. Here are a few encounters: I called this one as the Hospital emergency admission surprise. I went to register for an acute abdominal pain after I got back from a trip abroad. I was told by the admission nurse to proceed to the waiting room. She told me that the screening nurse would evaluate my condition. When my name was called I walked over to the glass window room but the nurse was still busy. There was a convenient chair right outside the door so I sat down. The last one I was going to share was the one I called the gym encounter. I just finished running on the treadmill and was on my way to the weight room. I was unhappy with the droopy sag of my eyelids, which made me look tired all the time. Intelligence, knowledge and skill are attributes I look for in a surgeon, especially regarding surgery on something as important as my face. The high standards I hold for my own appearance caused me to search for some effective means to wipe out the growing "crow's feet" that every 30 something year old woman fights. Creams and facials only help so much; there comes a time in a concerned woman's life that she must resort to surgery. I decided if surgery was a must, then it would be ideal to be as noninvasive and cost effective as possible. My research on surgical options led me naturally to the Internet where I found the most comprehensive education on the subject by Dr. Kulick. His most thorough public education and background was far superior to other plastic surgeons that I found there, and this led me to make an appointment in his office, even though his office is a full 24 hour drive from my home. Finding Dr. Kulick, as well as his staff, as amiable as they were knowledgeable regarding facial surgery, I was left to the laser resurfacing surgery as my only choice. Even though I experienced some pain and discomfort for the first five days and was out of the public for two weeks, the outcome of the surgery was well worth it. Everybody noticed and kept commenting on my new "makeup." Since I am a private person, I never told anyone and no one knows what I did to this day, but I can tell everyone I know is jealous It all has to do with priorities. My priorities are my physical appearance before my expense of a car or house. Others would rather buy a more expensive car or house, I would rather be the most beautiful girl in the room, or at least for my age. I've always received much attention for my physical appearance and now, thanks to Dr. Kulick and his wonderful staff, it takes a rare girl 10 years my junior to turn the man's head who is with me. Every person has to determine his/her priorities. Mine is intelligence, expertise and knowledge in a surgeon, and that led me to Dr Kulick. Mine is also physical appearance and that led me to laser resurfacing. Yes, I'll probably do it again. That and botox Getting older is not bad; it is just a little more expensive!

About ten years ago, I came to Dr. Michael Kulick for a severe case of redness, acne rosasia and other face disorders that looked horrific. After five treatments all of the redness and other embarrassing disorders regarding my face were completely gone. It was like a COMPLETE MIRACLE. Words cannot describe how great my face looked after the five treatments. Now, ten years later I suffered from the same disorders on the complete bottom part of my neck. I came back to Dr Kulick and did five more treatments and had the same unbelievable great results. The severe redness- GONE I am writing this review to tell anyone who is thinking of any kind of treatment to please give Dr. Michael Kulick a try. Once again his work is nothing short of a miracle. Also I would like to add that before all of his treatments, he explains everything in detail so you know what to expect. I see that a few people say that Dr Kulick is a little expensive, Let me say that I have seen a lot of work from other Doctors who have performed the same type of treatments that I had who were a little less costly and I was not very impressed with the work. Remember you get what you pay for. Dr Kulick is worth EVERY PENNY. Thank you again Dr Kulick for the amazing results.

I was a little nervous reading these reviews but wow! What a nice man! He was very kind and patient. I was referred by my insurance to him to look into law tension. He spent time learning about my full history, gave me recommendations for next steps (none of which involved him getting any future business/money). He also then very honestly answered questions I had about skin improvements again very honestly without trying to encourage me to do procedures with him that I didn't need. All for just a $35 copay

I had Dr. Kulick remove a skin-colored bump on my chin (similar to the bump on Sarah Jessica Parker's chin) and a large number of moles. Dr. Kulick warned me that a carbon dioxide laser can't destroy the cells that are causing the skin-colored bump so it could grow back or turn red and look worse than before the operation. I told him I was willing to take that risk because I think the scar from stitches would look worse. The bump took decades to grow so I think it will take a long time to grow back. After the operation, there is a slight depigmentation where the skin-colored bump used to be but it is a big improvement compared to having a bump on my chin. I was also very pleased with the results of the mole removal. Dr. Kulick's technical and people skills are outstanding. He wilt listen to you, tell you the risks involved and then treat you like an adult and do the best he can to accomplish what you want.

Dr. Kulick is a very talented plastic surgeon. I have had multiple procedures from him and am very pleased with the natural looking/balanced results. No bruising or pain. I am so happy to have found him. Dr. Kulick is very accessible and will steer you toward procedures will provide the most natural results. He is careful and comfortable with himself, making the patient feel that way too. I trust his sense of facial aesthetics more than my own and highly recommend him to anyone. Did I mention his friendly front office staff?

I have always believed in taking good care of myself, eating well, mind, body and exercising. It is not as easy to erase the signs of facial aging on my own. so I set out to see what was available. I knew Kulick through friends and visited his busy and friendly office. I mostly wanted a surgeon who has integrity and would be honest with me, even if it wasn't easy to hear the truth. I wasn't looking for a friendly doctor as much as the Mercedes Benz of doctors. Throughout the years of having different procedures done, I have found Dr. Kulick to be extremely ethical and whose surgical skills can be trusted impeccably. He does not cut corners. I have gained a respect for his straightforwardness and funny personality. I also have learned to respect his busy schedule and through his wonderful staff, know the best scheduling times to get the quality time I need, depending upon the complexity of my concerns. I have referred many friends and having had the first hand experience helping to take care of them after their surgeries, I am amazed at their incredible healing and recovery, the office follow-ups and of course their beautiful results.

I was never happy with the shape of my chin, and with age it was getting worse, so a year and a half ago Dr. Kulick performed a partial (lower) face lift and chin lipo. Within a week of the surgery, while wearing sunglasses to hide the stitches, I was surprised to receive compliments on my appearance from a few strangers. Two weeks after the surgery I went to an unrelated doctors appointment at my general practitioners. She was very impressed with how well I was healing, particularly the fact that I had no bruising under my eyes due to Dr. Kulick's laser technique. My doctor told me she had her eyes done about six months earlier, she had to go back to work with black eyes that lasted three weeks! Given this, I don't know why anyone would chose surgery with a knife over a laser. So here I am. a year and a half later, my chin looks better than it ever did, and I look like I'm in my thirties rather than the forty eight years I am. I have nothing but compliments for Dr. Kulick and his entire staff, which, by the way, are all very kind, patient, knowledgeable, and discrete.

In June of 2006 I went to Dr. Kulick seeking a lite altering surgery. In some peoples minds it might be more of a cosmetic improvement, however, to me it changed my life forever. Every morning I woke up feeling like there was something missing. Finally I got the courage to seek help and that is when Dr. Kulick came into my life. Right off the bat Dr. Kulick was extremely responsive to my situation and respectful of my decision. He gave me all the options and walked me through the entire process so that I would know exactly what I was getting into. He never pressured me to do anything I wasn't comfortable with, he simple laid it all out on the table and let me decide. I finally made my decision and set a date for my surgery. A couple days went by and my mind couldn't stop racing... did I make the right decision? ....should I really do this? So I called him and set up another consultation. He never told me what he thought or what! should do, he just was there to help me through the decision process. I went back to him a couple of times before my surgery to vent and he calmly listened. The day of my surgery came and I couldn't be more nervous. He was as cool as a calm and I knew that I was in good hands. Every follow-up appointment i have had with him since has been wonderful. He and his staff are some of the nicest people I've met, not to mention very patient people at that. Overall my experience with Dr. Kulick and staff has been great. Thanks again Doc!

Dr. Kulick performed a laser resurfacing procedure on me five years ago and I am still getting compliments on my skin. Now the procedure is not for the faint of heart but Dr.Kulick's staff coached me through it. This procedure in less skillful hands can have an unsatisfactory out come. I was informed of this by the staff in another Dr.'s office where I went to buy sunscreen to protect my "new skin". Everyone there commented that had a wonderful outcome. So not only am I happy with the results but others confirm Dr. Kulick's skill. Just checkout his Board certifications and other professional credentials.

I received four treatments of IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) treatments by Dr. Kulick and cannot recommend Dr. Kulick and IPL enough. IPL is great for lightening and removing sun spots and brown blotches on the face (or other areas of the body). It's definitely a great procedure for those who either didn't/don't wear sunscreen often, commute often (left side of face is damaged faster), have broken capillaries (again, often caused by too much sun), rosacea, or scarring from acne. Dr. Kulick is a board-certified plastic surgeon, who also does reconstructive and burn surgery. He's a pro at what he does and, on top of that, he's a pleasure to talk to. He has great bedside manner and will most likely keep you laughing during whatever procedure you pursue. He's also very good at explaining what you can expect your results to be. IPLs can cause serious burns, which is why it's very important to be cautious (read: avoid) spas where there is no doctor on site and the lasers are operated by "technicians" or nurses who may not have received forma! or medical training. Does it hurt? Yep, but not a ton! My treatments generally only lasted 15 minutes each (face only) and consisted of about 40-50 zaps of the laser across the face. As you proceed with your treatments, they get easier and easier (less painful). Your face will be red immediately following each treatment, and any freckles and age spots will spots generally look darker for 3-7 days. Crusting can occur, which may last up to ten days, so don't plan to have IPL close to events where photos will be taken, and definitely NOT close to a vacation where you will be in the sun often! Keep in mind that following your treatment, you can't workout (same day) and your face may lightly sting. At the end of the series of treatments (usually 3-6 treatments), the face is clearer and there's much less need for foundation or coverup. Your skin may be more sensitive to the sun, so you should protect it with sunscreen (duh), especially considering you just invested in your skin.

Five and a half years ago I was injured with second and third degree burns on 20% of my body. Shortly after being sent to the Bothin Burn Center at St. Francis Memorial Hospital of San Francisco, I met Dr. Michael Kulick. Dr. Kulick became my plastic surgeon to see me through my recovery from these horrific burns. I will be sharing a before/after picture on his yelp page to help people understand the extent of the work he did for me. Post burn I developed hypertrophic scarring on my chest and stomach. This scarring was uncomfortable and limited my mobility. Seeing as i was 21 years old at the time, there was no way I could continue to live my life comfortably with these scars. Under the care of Dr. Kulick and his team, we removed the damaged tissue and grafted in both a new dermis and epidermis layer of skin for my body and in turn have far fewer scarring and feel more confident in my body than I did anytime before the surgery. I am very pleased with the work that Dr. Kulick has done for me and I have recommend him for his work to friends and family who have had injuries from burns.

Dr. Kulick is simply amazing. I met him years ago and was so impressed by his back-round and impeccable credentials (multiple degrees, Stanford, Board certified), and the fact that he is an author and luminary in aesthetic innovation. He refined my nose years ago and the results were amazing. In fact, five of my friends have had their noses done after seeing my results and they all look terrific. Since then I have had several other procedures, many of them non-invasive and all have been stellar. Dr. Kulick is truly gifted and I speak for myself and many friends when I say he will be our doctor for life!

Last year I was treated at Dr. Kulick's office for pain at the inner base of my wrist, which I'm assuming to be related to De Quervain's based on the symptoms and his detailed explanation. Upon examining my wrist for a few minutes, he seemed to quickly know what treatment to provide, which was a cortisone shot to the immediate area. I felt results within a few hours and the pain subsided after a day. A year later, the issue reoccurred and I returned to his office and received the same treatment. I appreciate Dr. Kulick's candor, approachability and depth of knowledge. I'm in and out and it's a no-nonsense visit, just the way! like it: efficient!

I went to Dr. Kulick first thirteen years ago. I had laser resurfacing. Then I had a face lift and a neck lift, a chin implant and some eye lid work. My chin and neck work have especially weathered the test of time. People at my health club even now years later ask my personal trainer and me who did my chin and neck work. You must have time to recuperate when you go to him because he uses a general anesthetic. If you have the time to recuperate, the recuperation period is over in a reasonable amount of time with no visible trauma as far as one's appearance is concerned while healing.

Wow, I have known Dr. Kulick for many years and not only is he internationally known as a speaker on aesthetic medicine but he also has great technique as he has done BOTOX and Laser work on me and I had great results before my wedding. He did exactly what I asked and did not try to up sell me on things I did not need. He has a strong work ethic, commits his time to his work ,family and charity. I have worked in this area of medicine for many years as a marketing executive and also 44 years old sol know he knows what he is doing. Strongly recommend him.

Just wanted to update my review from 2008: I have been back since then for a scar revision on my upper lip from a bike accident in Burma. After having been stitched up by a local surgeon in Mandalay, I had Dr K do a scar revision after the original wound/stitches had healed poorly. Now you can barely see the site of the original scar. Dr K has done numerous aesthetic, reconstructive and non-evasive procedures on me over the last 20 years. I trust him to give me an honest evaluation and know that he is the best. From 8/12/2008: Dr Kulick has performed multiple procedures on me over the last 15 years. He reconstructed my nose after having broken it 3 times as a child. I was able to breath fully from both nostrils for the first time since I was 8. He has also done aesthetic work on me that has produced natural age appropriate results. Dr Michael Kulick is one of the finest cosmetic surgeons in the country. He an excellent practitioner as well as an innovator of surgical techniques. He operates in the optimal safety of a hospital, not an in office surgical suite. He gives back to the community by doing pro bono and burn patient work to those in need. His office staff has been with him for many years and are as caring and professional as they come. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Dr Kulick to anyone for cosmetic or reconstructive surgery.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kulick since 2004 when he initially treated my carpal tunnel. He was my second opinion and because of him I avoided hand surgery on both hands when I had a toddler. After this treatment investigated his other services. He has performed two sessions of laser treatment for severe skin darkening with great results. I also see him regularly for botox for my frown lines. He asks good questions and knows what he is doing. I am confident in his treatment. His staff (the blonde sales woman has been gone for several years now) that run the office are so helpful whether you are getting a face lift or your workman's comp hand issue is being addressed. He can sometimes run late on surgery days so be sure you know when those are when you are scheduling an appointment so you can avoid them. He has a good sense of humor too.

I have gone to Dr Kulick for several procedures. IPL for terrible sun damage, tummy tuck when I lost weight. Even Carpal Tunnel Surgery on both wrists. (That one took 12 min on each hand. The nurses told me I was lucky he was doing the work because he was so fast and his patients recover quickly.) He is pretty darn confident and very sure of himself, but I wouldn't want an insecure surgeon. He knows what he can do and he is an excellent artist. I have seen the results of several surgeries and his patients look real. You don't look at them and say what happened. We all see lots of examples of plastic surgery gone wrong. Another thing I admire about Dr Kulick is that he does all sorts of procedures. He could probably focus on faces, boobs, asses, etc but he does lots of hands. I have seen all kinds of patients in the waiting room. He is a total character and that's what I like in my friends and acquaintances. But he is so much more; he is an excellent, skilled, and creative doctor and that's what I want in those who treat me.

Dr. Kulick is my saving grace as he keeps my face looking far younger than my years--people are amazed when they discover my real age. Best of all, he's managed to do it with minimally invasive solutions that are reasonable in price. The shocking thing is, I never have bruising afterwards. I can go right out to dinner immediately following a visit to him. And he's an interesting person with an outstanding background.

I was a bit nervous about the procedure I was going to undertake and Dr. Kulick answered all of my questions and concerns with all the up side and down side potential results. He was caring and very detail oriented, which made me more confident in my making the decision to go forward with the procedure with him. After the surgery, his follow up visits were helpful in getting me toward a speedy recovery. Not only was he available for all questions, but his staff was great and immediately got back to me with whatever information I required. Dr Kulick is simply the BEST, I have worked in the industry for years and know all the players very well. I have had two major-ish and two lesser treatments by Dr K and couldn't be happier. He is a really funny guy with a super dry sense of humor so don't be taken aback by this. His office is small and personable with a great and loyal staff, they make you feel like family. And people, if I have said it once i've said it a thousand times, don't look for a bargain when it comes to cosmetic surgery. I have been a patient of Dr. Kulick's for fifteen years. He is simply the best in the business. His surgical techniques are beyond compare his patients appear refreshed as opposed to poorly reworked. The surgery definitely met my expectations. I have never been opposed to plastic surgery – in moderation, but it was very important to have a natural result. No one looks at me and says (or thinks), “You had work done.” The result is very natural. But I can see in the mirror that I look less tired, and that gives me the confidence that I look my best. I have more of a “platform,” no creepy skin and my peripheral vision has returned.
