Getting Started.
Here’s some information to help you to better understand what to expect when you’ come in for your consultation or procedure.
Upon Your Arrival
Upon your arrival to the office, you will be asked to fill out a patient questionnaire. During the consultation, your specific concerns will be covered and various recommendations made by Dr. Kulick to address your wishes. Before and after photographs are available of other patients with similar requests to help communicate the changes that are possible with these various treatments. It is helpful for you to write down your questions before your visit, and if possible bring photographs of your desired changes, as they may help you communicate your thoughts and wishes. Dr. Kulick can also take your picture and use computer imaging to help you understand the possible changes you are requesting and the impact it has on your appearance. If additional visits are required, they can be scheduled to insure that you are comfortable and that all your treatment issues have been covered. If you think it would be helpful, you can speak with some of our past patients that have had similar procedures. From the initial call and continuing through your recovery, you will be cared for by Dr. Kulick and his dedicated staff.

“Ever since I was a little girl, I wondered what was wrong with me. I had these bags & dark circles under my eyes (Blepharoplasty performed) from this experience, I emerged a new me – like a butterfly! I am pleased with the results and no longer need cosmetics to mask my imperfections or even hide behind my glasses.”
