Rhinoplasty Photos - Case #2844
Before
This woman in her 30’s had a previous rhinoplasty by another physician. She was unhappy with her result. She did not like that her nose was too wide at the tip, her nose was crooked, and her columella, the area below the nasal tip was too low. She required revision rhinoplasty surgery where many techniques were used to address her concerns.
After
1 year after surgery her nose looks better. Scar tissue and previous grafts were removed. Her nasal tip cartilages were brought closer together. She had cartilage grafts applied to her nasal tip. Grafts were also applied to her dorsal nose to provide a smooth profile. Her nasal septum was straightened and her columella was raised.
