B; This 21 y/o woman did not like the projection of her nose in the profile view. A great part of the problem is secondary to her weak chin.

A; 3 years after nasal surgery and insertion of a chin implant, she has a more attractive profile view. Just performing nasal surgery would not have given her this same balance.
